Rates: Rates for guest rooms are based on double occupancy and children under 12 stay free.
Room Tax: New Hampshire's Rooms and meals tax of 9% is applicable to all room rates.
Minimum Stay: Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.
Reservation Deposit: To guarantee a reservation, a deposit equal to one night's lodging is required. A $350 deposit is required on all weekly efficiency units. Deposit must be received within one week from date a reservation is placed. Personal checks accepted for deposits only. Balance due upon arrival payable by Cash, Visa, or Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation we will be happy to refund your deposit if we have seven (7) days cancellations notice prior to arrival. Deposits NOT REFUNDABLE in EVENT OF CANCELLATION on weekly suites.
Early Departures: will be charged in full. No refunds for early departures
Weather Policy: NO REFUND, CREDITS, or CHANGES due to weather. The fun continues rain or shine!
Visitors Policy: Visitors (limit of four) & all additional vehicles must be registered at the front desk. A fee of $25 per person will be charged. Visiting hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Arrival Time: To allow proper housekeeping service, your accommodations will be ready for occupancy after 2pm. Checkout Time is 10am.
Holidays and Special Event Timeframe's: Daily rates and minimum stays may be subject to change at certain periods of time.
